We acknowledge your order and send you instructions on how to measure your flute head and stopper. We are not responsible for stoppers manufactured faultily due to incorrect measurements.
Please transfer the advance to the given account number. We can only start production after receiving the down payment. We will inform you about the deadline for preparation by e-mail.
Once your product is ready, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Transfer the remaining amount. As soon as the full amount is received, your product will be delivered to your address. We offer a 14-day buy-back guarantee. If you don’t like our product, you may return it within 14 days of the product reception date and you will be entitled to a full refund. (Delivery costs are borne by the customer) We will e-mail you the written confirmation of the process.
We offer a 30-day replacement warranty. Within 30 days of the product reception date you may return the product. Once the replacement value of the new product has been transferred to our bank account, we will send you your new order. (Delivery costs are borne by the customer)
